Once your order is processed & shipped, it is out of our control and is in the hands of the carrier (USPS). If you have any questions about your packages location after it has been shipped you may contact the carrier. Orders that are lost or misplaced by the carrier we cannot be held liable for. If your order is damaged, please provide image proof to the customer service E-Mail and we will replace your order.
